Python Script for Rhinoceros

The Python Script for Rhino is a free tool for converting 3d files from Rhino software to the hull offset file (.OFF) describing the body plan of the hull together with appendages in the VPP calculations of the ORC Rating systems. It is used as described in the following video tutorial.

How to run the offset file generator in Rhino:

With your Hull model loaded and ready for export to a Hull Offset file command: RunPythonScript (Then select the offims_dev20180918.py file location).
