NSW ORC Championship 2026 - Pittwater Regatta

The NSW ORC Championship reached an exciting conclusion on Sunday, February 15, at the Pantaenius Pittwater Regatta, where shifting and fading breezes tested crews across a full six-race series sailed on the Palm Beach Circle.

New champions were crowned in NSW ORC, Australian Sports Boat and the Sydney 38 One-Design NSW Championships on the final day of the Pantaenius Pittwater Regatta.

The Pantaenius Pittwater Regatta is back bigger and better this February, with a number of new additions to the much loved summer event, organised and hosted by Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club (RPAYC) on inshore and offshore courses at Pittwater.

A light weather day on the water helped decide the final outcomes of both the ORC NSW Championship, supported by Sydney Marine Brokerage and the Pittwater Regatta, organised by the Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club (RPAYC). Coming into the day’s trio of windward/leeward races on the Palm Beach Circle, winners of Divisions 1 and 2 of the ORC NSW Championship were all but decided, as both leaders had already won the previous three races.

Day 1 of the ORC NSW Championship, conducted by Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club (RPAYC), was a testing Passage Race; competitors described conditions as lumpy, bumpy, and shifty with plenty of current.

The Pittwater Regatta and NSW ORC Championship will take over the waters February 9-11, 2024! Three days of thrilling inshore, offshore passage and offshore windward/leeward racing, with great prizes for crew and skippers.
