ORC Officers Elected For a New Term

7 November 2024 - Singapore -  At the 55th ORC Congress Meeting in Singapore, the following Officers were elected to lead the organization for a new four-year term of 2025-2028, effective immediately:

• Bruno Finzi (ITA) was re-elected as Chairman
• Ecky von der Mosel (GER) was re-elected as Deputy Chairman
• Matt Gallagher (USA) was newly elected as Deputy Chairman
• Patrick Lindqvist (FIN) was re-elected as Treasurer

Additionally, Akis Tsalikis (GRE) and Thomas Nilsson (NOR) will serve on the ORC Management Committee, which plays a key role in shaping policy decisions for the development, maintenance, and implementation of the ORC system to support offshore and inshore sailors worldwide.

The ORC Congress also approved the nomination of Pascale Queriot (FRA) as Secretary, succeeding Vivian Rodriguez, who has served in this role for an incredible 24 years.
