A Legacy of Racing

Paolo's sailing journey began in 2007 alongside Paolo Favaro aboard BLACK ANGEL, while Roberto embarked on his first regatta in 1999 aboard Santarelli 930 Splash. Hailing from Caorle (Venice), the Adriatic Sea holds a special place in their hearts, serving as their home turf for racing endeavors. Together, they clinched the overall victory in the 500 miles edition in 2016, showcasing their prowess on the water.

The Boat and Training

Although BLACK ANGEL's construction dates back to 1995, meticulous maintenance ensures compliance with ORC regulations year after year. Training sessions aboard BLACK ANGEL and other vessels in crew sharpen their skills, as they strive to compete at the highest level alongside their local competitors.
