With two weeks left until the first gun, the New York Yacht Club's 170th Annual Regatta is nearing record numbers in terms of participation. The entry list currently stands at 139 boats, with 39 registered to compete under the ORC rating rule.

This Thursday, the 51st Conde de Godó BMW Trophy began with the coastal race for the ORC Double Handed fleet, which started its 105-mile test at 3 PM with a start and finish in Barcelona, passing by the Petrolera, located off the Costa Daurada.

It is now less than 100 days to the 7 July start of the 2024 AEGEAN 600, the annual offshore race organized by the Hellenic Offshore Racing Club in conjunction with Olympic Marine. 33-meter Gelliceaux (Southern Winds/Farr Design), with a scoreline of 1-3-3, won the coveted Bucket Trophy award for being the yacht that prevailed in the class with the closest, most competitive racing. That class was L’Esprit 1 , with six teams competing.

Over one hundred teams from 20 nations have confirmed their participation in the 20th edition of PalmaVela, to be held at the Real Club Náutico de Palma from 26th April to 5th May.
