The ORC Double Handed World Championship Barcelona 2023 is organized by the Real Club Nàutico de Barcelona (RCNB) by delegation of the Real Federación Española de Vela (RFEV) under the authorities of the Offshore Racing Congress (ORC). The ORC Double Handed World Championship 2023 is organized with the collaboration of the Federació Catalana de Vela (FCV).

Founded 140 years ago, RCNB is a point of reference in mediterranean navigation. Twinned with different European and Asian clubs, also maintains correspondences with various nautical clubs. It is internationally renowned for competitive sailing for the organization of their race and its location in the center of the city of Barcelona to its members and visitors can enjoy the comfort of their installation and services.

a) The long offshore race will be approximately 48 hours for the slowest boat. 
b) The short offshore race will be approximately 24 hours for the slowest boat.
